Paid a visit to this local resto, their 田舍set was really nice, appreciate the friendliness even they don’t speak English :)

Used it for lunch. It feels like a place used by town hall staff, fishery cooperative members, and people who came for fishing. The menu is extensive, and you could change the miso soup to tonjiru (extra 100 yen). Most people ordered the yakiniku set, so I ordered sashimi as well. The sashimi was just okay considering the price? It was delicious. The country set meal looked more balanced, so I'd like to order that next time. There are set meals, noodles, and rice bowls, but ordering a la carte items might also be a good idea. Smoking seems allowed, so be careful if you mind that. Parking is nearby, though many people probably park at the nearby port and walk over. Helpful that PayPay is accepted!

I've been taken care of here for a long time. I wish they were open on Saturdays so I could drop by more often. The interior has become bright and clean, the taste hasn't changed, and I truly think it's a great restaurant. My order is usually the yakiniku set, but the country set and other menus are also foolproof (since all the friends I bring say it's delicious) 😊 I hope they keep working hard and running the shop for a long time.

I had the country set meal. Just an ordinary country diner, but quite delicious. The hearty pork soup with sweet miso was delicious, and the fresh sashimi was great with soy sauce that tasted sweet like Kyushu soy sauce. Honestly, I thought about taking this soy sauce home. The side dishes were also very delicious. I felt a consistent deliciousness throughout. I think the price of 850 yen is a steal. By the way, the pork soup can be changed to udon or soba. I was healed by the atmosphere of business geared towards regulars without trying too hard.

I think it's really cheap. Generous portions and very delicious. Aside from the menu, side dishes were lined up on the counter. Coffee after the meal seemed to be on the house upon request. I want to go back and try a different menu.
