I used it for lunch, there were 3 types of daily spaghetti and standard menus, and there were many types. What I ordered because I thought it was rare was beef tendon carbonara. The sweetness of the beef tendon seasoning and the carbonara sauce matched perfectly. It was a waste of sauce, so I thought it would be good if there was a baguette.

I had single pasta (mentaiko carbonara large portion) for lunch. It's an egg-type carbonara, and the creaminess doesn't feel strong. The al dente is also weak, in a good sense it feels like an extension of home pasta. The oil type and cream type had the same thickness (a little thinner than 1.4mm?). Overall it feels Japanese-style, so I think it's a bit different for those looking for heavy Italian, but I think it matches a wide age group. The kitchen is one-man operated, so it takes a little time to serve, but each one is made carefully🍝 The atmosphere inside the shop is also cute with a white base and solid wood tables, recommended for casual dates. There are 3 car parking spaces in front of the shop🚘

The store in Etre Toyonaka closed, and I really wanted to eat (beef and shiso butter rice) and (spinach and bacon salad), so I came here. The taste was the same and I enjoyed it. Since I want to eat it sometimes, I will come again. Of course, the pasta was also delicious.
