To Matsukian. A soba shop open only 3 days a week and only for lunch, and moreover it might sell out early, so early time is recommended if you go. The restaurant has few seats, with a somewhat classical and calm atmosphere. The soba is thin-cut, and personally it was a type I liked quite a bit. On this day maybe due to the condition of the soba, there were many short soba noodles and that was a little disappointing... However, the deliciousness of the soba itself is firmly conveyed. Here it is recommended to "try eating with salt first", and this is really delicious. Eating with salt makes the sweetness of the soba much stronger, and the aroma and umami of the soba can be felt directly. I ordered zaru soba and duck nanban, both delicious and satisfying. Furthermore, I added a duck bowl, and I felt a sense of value with a volume that you wouldn't think is 450 yen, and I knew that good duck meat was used. Parking is for 2 cars at the back of the store. Even if it's full, there is a coin parking lot opposite so you can go with peace of mind by car.
View on GoogleExtremely fragrant 100% soba noodles 🎵 It tastes better to have it with salt and wasabi than soba sauce, as the aroma goes up your nose and becomes more delicious. When you run out of wasabi You can get extra 😊 Soba whose expiration date is within 5 minutes, and aroma is life. Really delicious. I will visit again 🎵
View on GoogleIt's the first shop where I thought Soba is delicious! The soba is thin while having a moderate firmness. If you sprinkle salt and eat it, there is a faint aroma of soba, and since it has a gentle sweetness, it's delicious just like that, almost making me finish it with just salt until the end. Because the dashi is solid, warm soba is also delicious, but I recommend ordering zaru soba first and tasting salt, soba sauce. Since the default is 140g, I often make it a large portion with +200 yen or add a mini bowl (from 350 yen). Herring bowl is very delicious. Walking access from the station is bad, so it might be hard to go without transportation such as a car. There is parking space for 2 cars. About 10 seats in total with a large table and about two 2-person seats. You often wait if you go around past 12, so it might be better to shift the time. In addition, there was a sign refusing children under elementary school age.
View on GoogleThe soba is quite thin and lacks eating response. Inside the store is about 10 people, a 4-person table and a larger 6-person table. Under elementary school age is impossible, but there is no children's menu, so it can't be helped. It's impossible to give high marks without eating zaru soba. Cash only, 2 parking lots in the back.
View on GoogleThere weren't as many menus as in the reviews, and the demonstration of grinding with a millstone wasn't done either. There was some smell in the store, and the grated radish of the soba was extremely spicy, it might be good soba but it didn't suit my taste...
