Warm service and great food. Left a great impression on us. We had set lunches - tried the chef special and the prawn tempura. We even added a sides of oysters. All were good and the freshness of the ingredients were the standout. On the service, they even asked if there were vegetables the kids didnt like so they ca customize the side dishes!

Amazing traditional homestyle Japanese food in a small restaurant prepared by a friendly octogenarian and assisted by her daughter. A simple English menu is available, otherwise Google Translate is extremely handy with the Japanese menu. The meals were well-presented and excellent. This was one of the better meals of our trip.

I was able to enjoy the mini set menu for dinner as a solo diner, and would repeat the experience if I could. The mini set contained 4 dishes, with the choice of a sashimi or a beef dish, and I regret not being hungry enough to commit to the full set. The service was exceptional, with the owner going above and beyond to ensure I understood the content of the dishes, every one of which was fresh and flavourful. Super nice Japanese lunch set. This is home cooking restaurant cook by the oweners. There are English menu. Food ia super nice..especially the deep fried menu.... no oil!!! Owners really have great personality. The best part is I can refill my rice and my girlfriend can refill her omlet (tamago). This place is must stop if you visit Minoh Fall. Cone here inatead try to eat around the park area. Not far from Minoh Station. Great experience

This is a hidden gem that we chanced upon. It felt like going to your uncle’s place for dinner. Only a few tables but tables n seats are spacious and comfortable. You could tell the chef owners prioritise the comfort of customers. Specializes in small plates. Family food. Many of the dishes are unique. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The seasonal omakase set with sashimi, beef cappaccio and some other dishes at 4400yen is very good value. The small dishes are very good too. We were served by a diminutive lady who can’t speak English and menus are in Japanese but that neither hampered her service nor stopped us from having a great dinner. If we were within an hour away anytime, i will make it a point to return.
