I went for lunch with a friend during lunch break. Lunch time is very crowded. My image is that there are many people working at the city hall. Full volume. There is speed. Pu-erh tea was free to refill. This is a town Chinese restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

Water etc. is self-service but they don't notice that the water is gone. The food is not very delicious. Not a shop that makes me want to come again.

Kaze no Tsubasa (Wings of the Wind), what a wonderful shop name!? As a flyer, I had to go, so I visited~ The exterior is like a coffee shop, but the inside is spacious and clean. Half self-service, but the food is delicious and voluminous. It was like a small course meal rather than a set lunch♥ Satisfied and full (≧▽≦)

Came with expectations for tantanmen, the spiciness was moderate, there was no particular individuality, it felt like a common tantanmen, it was average. The atmosphere of the shop was homey and good.
