Prices are good, quality is great! Much better okonomiyaki and yakisoba than Nishiki Warai. There's also yakiudon and an assortment of tsukemono. You can get a student teishoku for ~ 900 yen as well.
View on GoogleThis was a nice finding for casual okonomiyaki. The service was a bit slow, mostly because there was only one Ojichan cooking and serving. But that was part of the experience.
View on GoogleVery tasty Okonomiyaki 😋 And friendly cook and staff as well.
View on GoogleOkonomiyaki tastes great for the price. Better option than Warai.
View on GoogleVisited for dinner with my mother for the first time in a while. Table seats were also open, but since there are two of us, we were made to sit at the counter. Personally, I'm okay with it because you can see inside the kitchen. Ordered Hiroshima-style mix and salt-grilled cartilage. The iron griddle was busy, so we ordered pickles and waited for it to be ready. We waited 20 minutes, 30 minutes, but it didn't come out at all 💦 There were only 3 groups of customers ahead of us, I wondered, but looking closer it seemed like they received a massive amount of takeout orders 😣 Finally came out after 40 minutes! The batter has just the right amount of dashi, so it's delicious. Also, the cartilage isn't fried chicken, so there's plenty of meat remaining around it, which is delicious. Added tendon yaki! Since it had gotten less busy, this was grilled in 10 minutes. The sweet and savory tendon meat, konjac, and scallions were exquisite. Once the master calmed down, my mother remembered how frequently she used to come here back in the day, and we got excited talking about old times for a while. We'll continue to support you, so please keep making delicious food 🍴
