1 student and 1 adult entered from 6 PM to 8 PM and the price was a whopping 4400 yen. It's my fault for not asking myself, but there was almost no explanation of the fees, and I never thought 2 hours of karaoke would cost that much. The male staff's service felt especially cold and not very good. I will never go again in the future.

This shop has excellent soundproofing and free parking, and some of the staff are polite and attentive, which are clear advantages. However, hygiene conditions are concerning; many people reported dirty sofas, sticky tables, and leftover food not being thoroughly cleaned. The pricing system is chaotic, the extra 600 yen charge for the drink bar is rather high, and the value for money is mediocre. The service experience is unstable, with some staff having a cold attitude, being late, or poor management leading to turning away customers when full. Regarding facilities, the speaker volume is occasionally unstable. Overall, it is suitable for consumers who have high requirements for soundproofing and do not care much about details, but the overall service quality and hygiene management urgently need systematic improvement.

Because of the room charge + drink bar system, the price ended up higher than expected. The drink area was hidden and the added price was shown afterwards, so I felt it was malicious. I probably won't use it again in the future.

Nice to meet you 😊 The two of us went for 1 hour It was very fun Please look after us again

Came to do solo karaoke to kill 1 hour. The staff was super cute, her voice was easy to hear, she was kind, and registration was easy so I was happy. She even did the 10-minute warning call properly. Will come again ♡
