Just what you'd expect from a Matsubara butcher shop, on a completely different level ♪ The beef tongue and harami (skirt steak) are extremely thick and delicious! Since domestic meat is hard to come by lately, I'm really happy! The owner loves kids, and it's a huge help that he easily welcomes us with children and gives out ice cream or bananas! Some people say the cost performance is bad, but the more you go, the more various perks he gives you! I think the more you get to know them, the better the shop it is, so I recommend becoming a regular customer ☺️ Perhaps those who gave it 1 star stopped coming without realizing its true goodness... I think it's a warm-hearted, great shop 😁 Others: Loin, upper abomasum (joh-mino), raw senmai, liver are recommended ⭐️

I went quite a while ago, so prices might have changed. It was delicious yakiniku. It's great that the rice is piled high like in a manga. Cost performance was also good.

I went after watching Teruyuki Teramon's YouTube video. The meat shown in the video looked extremely delicious, so I was looking forward to it. To put it bluntly, it was extremely disappointing. Simply put, the meat was just too unpalatable. First, I ordered salt tongue (shio-tan). Right off the bat, the appearance was crazy. The color was purplish and it was rock-hard. When I tried eating it, it was rubbery meat that I couldn't chew through at all. Tongue from an all-you-can-eat place is still better. Skirt steak (harami) was ordinary. The loin was so thin that once grilled, it fell apart and you couldn't eat it properly. Otherwise, whatever came out was basically frozen and rock-hard, and the taste was far from satisfactory. The YouTube video is from 3 years ago, so things might have changed due to soaring prices over these 3 years, but I think it's changed way too much.
