Pretty sure we were the first foreigners they've encountered ever. The food and service were perfect though.

Went for dinner for the first time. We had a reservation and were guided to the 2nd floor where we took off our shoes, but the floor was cleanly swept and there was no worry about getting our socks dirty. As I've gotten older, the amount I eat has decreased, so I enjoyed eating delicious things little by little. The meat was tender, and the scorched rice crust of the stone-bowl bibimbap was just right and delicious ❣️ The staff were also friendly, and the inexperience of some showed earnestness, making it cozy. Even though it's a yakiniku restaurant, they also have seafood, which is great for enjoying both meat and sashimi.

Visited for lunch with two people for the first time. We went in at 12, got guided to the 2nd floor, and sat at a spacious table for about 6 people. Evening yakiniku has the image of being expensive, but lunch is wallet-friendly! Nowadays, even buying rice balls at a convenience store exceeds 200 yen, making shops like this feel cheap by comparison. For lunch, I ordered the Yakiniku Set Meal for 1,250 yen, and wanting to try various things, my companion ordered the Beef Cutlet Set Meal for 1,450 yen, plus additional orders of harami, tongue, and wieners. I forgot to take a picture of the chawanmushi served at the beginning, but it contained shrimp and chicken and was delicious. Considering this price, the yakiniku set meal is an incredible bargain. It comes with post-meal coffee too. The beef cutlet also had tender and delicious meat since it's a yakiniku restaurant! I'd like to order this again as well. Lunch yakiniku runs deep. Superior Yakiniku Set Meal 1900 yen, Medium Draft Beer 580 yen Lately, many shops have a disconnect between the photos on their website and the quality of the meat served, but this place served delicious-looking meat just like the photos. The robustly flavored chawanmushi paired well with beer, and the tai (sea bream) sashimi was of exceptionally high quality. The yakiniku tare sauce paired wonderfully with the rice with no weak spots. Above this meat, there was also a "Tokusen (Special Selection)" option, but it didn't come with sashimi. Naturally, you want to eat both, right? Probably, if it were the Tokusen, the meat would melt in your mouth, but I left it out of my selection. Even if there's a next time, I'll probably go with the Superior Yakiniku again~

I ordered the harami set meal and additional beef tongue for lunch. The harami was tender and delicious, but the tongue, despite being thin, was tough and couldn't be bitten through. Was it because it was lunchtime tongue? Maybe at night they had superior tongue or something. Also, the tare sauce for that tongue tasted like artificial medicine, which I couldn't accept. I wish they had provided freshly squeezed or cut lemon on the side.
