We make unusual gyoza adding okara (soy pulp), avocado, and yogurt. Low in calories and high in dietary fiber, these garlic-free gyoza are praised by everyone from children to the elderly as light and easy to eat endlessly. We use domestic chicken and domestic vegetables, seasoned with carefully selected seasonings. Since it's made by one person and the manufacturing method takes time, we can't make a lot at once. We close as soon as we sell out. Depending on the time, dining in is also possible. It helps if you make a reservation. It is a shared shop with the set meal and bento shop "Shoki", but here "Terada-san-chi no Kenkoka Gyoza" is listed on Google Maps...

Healthy gyoza that are delicious and make you want to keep eating them endlessly ♥✨ Other unique kimchi croquettes and healthy karaage are also recommended ♥ I always buy frozen gyoza to take home and bake and eat at home, but I've also gone to eat there since they serve gyoza set meals at lunchtime ♡ Aside from being delicious... Starting from the clean shop interior, above all the warm personality heals you and makes you want to keep coming back 💖 There are a few parking spots, and I think it was open until around 17:00 in the evening. By the way, it seems you can also take out grilled gyoza.

Popular handmade gyoza introduced on TV! The specialty gyoza are made with domestic vegetables and chicken, mixed with yogurt, avocado, and okara ✨ Compared to regular gyoza using pork, about half the calories and about 3 times the dietary fiber! Delicious and healthy, so I devoured 10 pieces in a flash. The egg soup and seasoned zha cai were also delicious. For set meals and bowls, mini udon can be added for 200 yen. The gentle dashi broth warms you up ✨ The croquette has an addictive sweet-and-spicy flavor. It was a wonderful and cozy shop! 《Menu ordered this time》 ◼︎ Gyoza Set Meal 800 yen ◼︎ Mini Udon 200 yen ◼︎ Croquette 200 yen

Had the gyoza set meal. The price is 800 yen including tax. The gyoza taste was average. The egg soup had a fishy chicken smell. Maybe the bowls aren't washed properly. The shop has no BGM so it's super quiet. It's too quiet and makes it hard to settle down. Payment was cash only.

Ordered gyoza for takeout this time. 😊 The packaging was done very carefully. Terada-san-chi no Kenkoka Gyoza contains yogurt, avocado, okara, domestic vegetables, domestic chicken, and has zero ・ Pork ・ Chemical seasonings ・ Garlic With 50% OFF calories, and about 3 times the dietary fiber. It was written that rice flour is used for the dipping powder. ✨ As expected of a specialty gyoza ‼️ And it's very delicious ‼️ The owner's personality is also healing. 🍀 Thank you very much 😊

Around 10:30, despite being before opening, when I was looking at the menu outside the shop, the owner noticed me. Since they seemed able to handle frozen gyoza and grilled gyoza, I bought 2 portions grilled. Not to mention freshly baked, but it was also delicious even when cold.
