We operate a creative fried food specialty store located a 2-minute walk from Kawachi-Amami Station in Matsubara City. Both lunch and dinner operations have changed to a reservation-only system up to the day before. We only offer fried food courses and are registered as a locally sourced restaurant and an Osaka-produced restaurant. Lunch hours are from 12:00 to 13:30, and we operate on a reservation-only basis starting from 2 people, requiring reservations by the day before. When you want to eat crispy tempura or fried food, please be sure to make a reservation. We look forward to seeing you with seasonal ingredients.

I visited for lunch on a national holiday. The creative skewers making generous use of seasonal ingredients were exquisite, and well worth traveling from afar for. The customer service was polite and kind, and I felt very comfortable. The restaurant has a structure where you take off your shoes at the entrance, and it has the atmosphere of a residential living room remodeled into a shop. It's not suited for business or entertaining clients, but it is cozy and you can dine in peace. The number of seats is small, with a capacity of about 2 to 3 groups. If you plan to use it, making an early reservation is recommended. I personally think it's a hidden gem that wouldn't be out of place receiving a rating like the Michelin Bib Gourmand, if only more people discovered it.

A restaurant where you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind creative fried food course! Complete reservation system up to the day before. This time, from the 3 types of selectable lunch courses, I ordered "Creative Fried Food with Live Kuruma Prawn - 12 Dishes" ✨ First, starting with a salad featuring colorful carrots. Assorted 4 kinds of fried foods: White corn, daikon radish, Beni Haruka sweet potato, and Japanese whiting. The batter is surprisingly light and crispy, making the flavors of the ingredients stand out ✨ The live kuruma prawn can be chosen as sashimi, seared, or fried, and especially the sashimi is exquisite with its plump texture and rich sweetness! Main-tuna-sashimi-marinated and nori seaweed tempura is a novel combination that matches exquisitely. Sea bream almond fry has the nuttiness as an accent. Camembert cheese fry has the rich cheese melting, and black pepper tightens the flavor ✨ Also enjoyed touching fried dishes like karasumi lotus root, Chabiton pork, and yuba. Comes with rice, miso soup, and pickles, and the plum furikake is a nice touch. Dessert is refreshing with orange kanten jelly, completely satisfied ✨ A homey and wonderful restaurant!

A special restaurant where I only bring my special people! Every course of food is very delicious. This time I ordered the meat course, but not just meat, they also put sea urchin on top and prepared it in various ways, and for my subordinate who is a picky eater, each time they checked whether it was an ingredient they could eat and accommodated accordingly. The personalities of the master and owner's wife are also wonderful, like an older brother and older sister existence, and it's a recommended restaurant with a good atmosphere.

It was half a year ago that I first visited after receiving it as a hometown tax return gift, and I revisited yesterday. I used it for a friend's birthday party, and I am deeply grateful and moved by the heartfelt hospitality. Every single dish was carefully prepared, elegant, and everything was delicious. The matsutake mushroom and chestnut fried foods were exquisite!! Other items like scallops, lotus root, corn, etc., were also insanely delicious. The birthday message card handmade by the mama was very cute, and my birthday friend was extremely pleased. There was even a handwritten message casually slipped into the chopstick wrapper, showing meticulous attention to detail. Personally, I really love the style of the restaurant where you take off your shoes to enter! Surrounded by the heartwarming atmosphere of the shop, and above all, touched by the gentle personalities of the master and mama, everyone felt all cozy inside (n*´ω`*n) Thank you truly so much.

Hearing that they are celebrating their 23rd anniversary and reaching the level of a long-established shop, having appeared on numerous TV shows, participating in Matsubara City festivals, and dedicating themselves to community contribution, I visited for a weekday lunch. Lunch is by advance reservation only, so you can't just drop in and eat. I ordered the kuruma prawn included course from among the 3 choices, but I felt it needed just a little more twist. The meal content was elaborate for each dish, offering both visual enjoyment and eating enjoyment, giving a double value and sense of satisfaction, and the message left by the server healed me, along with the warm customer service (^^)
