ラーメン大和 松原店Raamen Yamato Matsubara Mise
Beloved 'Butakichi' chain 'Ramen Yamato Matsubara Branch'. Proud of melt-in-your-mouth char siu and rich, delicious soup. A ramen shop dedicated to homemade items that leaves everyone who eats feeling genuinely energized. The motto is to provide almost everything homemade, starting from ramen down to gyoza and fried rice. The back-fat soy sauce ramen, made by boiling Kyushu-pork bone broth day and night and combining it with Shodoshima long-aged soy sauce, is crafted almost entirely by hand starting from butchering the pork at their own factory. Please come and taste it. Also perfect as a palate cleanser, there is an all-you-can-eat kimchi bar inside the shop♪ Kids' menus are also available, so customers with children are very welcome! View on GoogleA ramen, gyoza, and fried rice shop marked by a yellow sign. Spacious and easy-to-park coin parking lot. (40 minutes for 200 yen. A 90-minute service ticket is issued if you dine at Yamato.) The interior with counter and table seating is also spacious. There were even children's chairs available. A family restaurant for ramen, gyoza, and fried rice. I'm grateful that they stay open continuously without break time, too. Arakawa Food Service chain restaurant. There's a free kimchi bar, so I snack on some while waiting for the food to arrive. It was a rather salty kimchi... ***** Food ***** Ordered the Gyoza Set. A set menu consisting of ramen + rice + 6 gyoza pieces. Bite-sized gyoza with crispy, thin skin. Makes you want to drink beer! The ramen features a classic tonkotsu-shoyu (pork bone and soy sauce) broth that is rich yet has a light mouthfeel. Floating with back-fat and aromatic oil. Firm and chewy noodles. Ingredients include melt-in-your-mouth char siu, menma, nori seaweed, and green onions. In the final stage, tossed in the garlic chips provided on the table and finished it all. Condiments on the table are garlic chips, ramen pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil. Thank you for the meal. If using the paid parking lot next to the building, get a service ticket (QR) at the register and pay at the payment machine before leaving. View on GoogleVisited for a weekday lunch The ramen itself lacked punch or distinct features The fried rice had a cooking method that should be described as yakimeshi The free kimchi service was high quality and delicious The staff had brisk movements and a lively impression While some people praise the high cost-performance, I don't think so A seasoned egg priced at 150 yen + tax is the highest price in my experience I don't feel like visiting again! So it's an average review
