It doesn't matter what you order, everything is the same. After being disappointed with the cheaper options, I tried ordering the most expensive seafood mix. As an experiment, I split the cake in thirds and looked inside.... Nothing. Nothing but warm cabbage. I highly recommend going anywhere else. I regret paying as much as I did here.
View on GoogleVisited with a large group of about 8-9 people. Besides table seats there were also tatami seats, and interior had more seats than expected. Since it was a large group I thought about reserving in advance, but reservations were difficult this time so we visited directly and entered after waiting a little. Seems operated by a small number of staff members, so during crowded times some details might fall short. However, everyone worked hard amidst busy conditions, and customer service was also very pleasant. Food was overall delicious and everyone enjoyed various things! When ordering oysters, felt it was slightly different from menu imagery, but overall think it's a very good shop. Easy to use even with large groups, and enjoyed meals ☺️
View on GoogleA shop I've been curious passing by for a while. First visit. Wife seemed to like light Kyo-ten-yaki. Since I wanted to eat yakisoba too, lunch combo set. Okonomiyaki is Warai-yaki, inside is gooey. Not my preference, but taste is good. Combo okonomiyaki being half size was a bit regrettable though
View on GoogleI've liked Warai's food for over 10 years and use it regularly. Came after a long time, but first thing that surprised me was menu and shop pop items. Greasy and oily, hesitated to touch. Also, customer service impression changed from before. Unfriendly, staff members walked making footstep sounds, voices carrying food were small and could not catch what was said. And most regrettable was food. Ordered signature Warai-yaki and yakisoba, and felt 'not delicious' for the first time among visits. Yakisoba noodles had rubbery texture, seasoning felt different from before, very strange taste. First time feeling this way in over 10 years of visiting, so very regrettable. Exactly because it's a favorite shop, expect recovery of former taste, service, and cleanliness. Also, if time zone has calm interior allowing staff leisure for conversation among themselves, paying attention to shop cleanliness like wiping menus and pops would allow more pleasant usage.
