A delicious miso ramen with a rich broth. I had the negi Hokkaido version of the miso ramen with an addition of 3 chashu pieces. I also ordered fried rice and gyoza, both of which were also delectable! For anyone after a strong and deep flavour, this place is a definite must.

View on GoogleThe Hokkaido Miso, Meat Negi Soba + Chashu topping was rich. I enjoyed changing up the flavor as I ate. It was also a good portion. The person I went with had the Edomae Miso. It had littleneck clams in it. The soup was sweet and they apparently drank it all the way to the end. 20260629_I had the limited-time Edomae Miso Red; it was delicious with a slightly sweet miso flavor. My companion chose Hokkaido Sansho Miso. Be careful because if you put all the sansho in at once, you won't be able to enjoy the miso flavor. The Yawataya Isogoro shichimi on the table was almost empty and had lost its flavor. 20260811 Used a coupon to top my Hokkaido Miso with butter. The butter was quite large. It's a pity that the thick-cut chashu was removed from the free coupons.
View on GoogleI went with my 0-year-old child. We were guided to a tatami seating area, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. The Hokkaido miso ramen was extremely delicious. The noodles were thick, curly, and chewy, and the seared chashu was aromatic, meaty, and delicious. I added a seasoned egg as a topping. The staff were also very friendly.
