Ramen No. 102" A ramen and udon shop run by a noodle factory. From experience, it often happened that the noodles were delicious and the soup was just so-so, but this is a shop where the soup is "punchy and delicious". Along a narrow alleyway from the Kintetsu Nunose South Exit. Lunchtime right after opening, I don't prefer tsukemen and eating hot ramen when it's hot is also nice, so I ordered the set "Spicy Miso Ramen Large" and "Mini Chashu Rice Bowl". Since I like springy resilient noodles, I had expectations. Since it was a large portion I asked for hard noodles, but was refused with "We boil them to order..." crying. Boiling freshly made noodles might not be suitable for lunchtime? Looking at it, it says "takes time". The point is, they pre-boil a bit extra before lunch. ...Because of this, although smooth and goes down the throat well, it's still soft noodles. A subtle difference in boiling time, I think. Well, this comes down to personal preference. I wonder if this pattern existed in Osakasayama too. ※Maybe it would be good to have "hard noodle boiling" during boiling. The soup is spicy miso, a unique thick soup that is delicious. Homemade chili oil & udon tempura bits? I like the texture. The mini chashu bowl sauce is exquisite, the homemade mayo and tartar mayo given as a service later blend well with the chashu and are delicious. In the end, large ramen and mini bowl exactly 1000 yen. The price is good, but I felt the nice noodles went to waste. Probably a common noodle factory shop thing. The master, who looks scary at first glance, provides good service. Personally, if boiled a bit harder it would be a 4-star shop. Should have ordered tsukemen.

View on GoogleI ordered the soy sauce ramen and mini fried rice. Lately, there are many tonkotsu ramen and chicken paitan shops so I have many opportunities to eat them, but I suddenly wanted to eat soy sauce ramen after a long time and ordered it. I thought the soup might have a strong fish powder taste, but when slurping the noodles, the combination with the soup was outstanding. The fried rice was also lightly seasoned, and it tasted delicious when combined with kimchi and chili oil. I found myself gobbling it up without thinking. There are various menu items, so it's a shop that makes me want to try other dishes next time. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleKasu udon, 600 yen. Contains minced raw garlic. Both the noodles and the broth are delicious. Cashless payment was available via PayPay.
View on GoogleVisited for the first time 🤣 It seems to be a shop that is particular about its noodles... I ordered kitsune udon and tanin-don. While cooking, they showed me the noodles, and they looked so chewy (¬_¬)ノ Finally, the noodles have arrived (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) First, the broth... It's not Osaka-style, but Shikoku-style. Is it more iriko (dried sardines) than bonito? It's delicious! The noodles are thin, chewy, and there's a generous amount. The tanin-don is on the sweet side. This is also delicious. The portion is large. Even the small size is plenty (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) Maybe I'll try the Japanese-style cold noodles next time(´・(エ)・`) Thank you for the meal ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
