I usually go to the Nihonbashi shop, but when I searched, isn't there one in Amami. So I went on a weekday. Arrived a little early by chance and entered right around opening. It's delicious after all. Since it's in front of the station, parking requires using a nearby coin parking lot.
View on GoogleA shop I've been curious about for a long time, and I visited for the first time this time. Since it was called aburasoba, I thought it would be oily, but not really, and they told me to first swirl 2-3 circles of vinegar and chili oil, making for an extremely rich taste and delicious. A rich egg is also placed on top so you can enjoy it mellowness-wise. I want to go again!
View on GoogleAte aburasoba for the first time, but it was very delicious! 😄 Since there's no soup, the quantity feels a little small, but when I put in lots of the red miso?, it was just spicy enough and deliciously finished. I want to eat it again ❗
View on GoogleBasically delicious, but having gone about 20 times, once the hot spring egg (onsen tamago) was a raw egg. For those who dislike it, going without egg might be safer. I'm bothered by the interior being a bit dirty, but I like it quite a lot.
View on GoogleAte aburasoba for the first time. It's delicious Changing flavors with vinegar is also nice ♪ Student services are fulfilling, so it was packed with high school students. A lively shop. It's a chain store, huh.
