Visited just past 8 PM on a weekday. Almost fully seated. The sashimi and sushi's freshness and taste are both good 👌 Since I like things with texture, freshness is easy to tell. I'm also happy that they have Japanese sake 🍶. Whatever you have, nothing misses, which brings peace of mind. It's far from the station, but since it's right in front of a bus stop, I think it's easy to use. Yet another repeat visit spot has been added ✨️

I was finally able to visit Iiume, a place I had been curious about for a while. The lunch "Nigiri" (950 yen) features thick toppings, and the shari (sushi rice) is to my liking. It's rare to find a restaurant where you feel "Delicious!" from the aka-dashi (red miso soup), but the aka-dashi here is truly "Delicious!" The master is friendly, and the interior is calm. A hidden gem of a restaurant for lunch.

The toppings were large and thick, making it filling and very delicious. Everything was delicious. I thought it would be nice if the inside of the shop was a bit more tidy.

I had the standard nigiri set meal. It includes 7 pieces of nigiri and aka-dashi (or udon) priced at 850 yen including tax. The nigiri included classic tuna, shrimp, octopus, tamago (egg), white fish, and even rockfish (akauo), which isn't seen very often. The aka-dashi contains two large pieces of fish and plenty of wakame seaweed. I was able to get quite full. Perhaps the master was out making deliveries, so when I arrived right at opening time at 11:30 AM, the shop was closed and my phone call wouldn't go through, but after waiting about 5 minutes, he came back and I was able to enter safely. There were various menu items besides set meals. The customer service was also polite.
