If I go 5 times, there's a sauce omission or something 1 time. There was even a time when I ordered W bifteki (steak) but it only contained 1 portion of meat.

I used them for the first time, but when I bought the Toku-Kara bento (6 pieces), there were only 5 inside. Disappointing.

The included sauce is missing. Wrong number of side dishes etc. Full of mistakes. Get your act together

It's nice to be able to buy a bento quickly given the location in front of the station.
