Ini adalah kedai ramen yang bagus. Menu mereka cukup banyak.
View on GoogleThird time's the charm! Since the reviews were good, when I made my first visit past 9 PM, lo and behold: "Closed due to soup sold out"! Taking this as proof of deliciousness, on my second visit: "Closed due to soup sold out" again! Thinking I couldn't eat if I went late, on the third time's the charm I visited at lunchtime and finally was able to eat. The menu is rich with ramen such as salt ramen, miso ramen, soy sauce ramen, mazesoba etc. Had the salt ramen ranked 1st on the ramen ranking posted inside the shop, along with gyoza. The clear soup condensed with chicken umami paired with thin straight noodles is amazingly delicious, making it impossible to stop using chopsticks! Winged gyoza piled high on a plate, full of volume. A highly satisfying bowl of ramen making me feel going through the trouble of visiting 3 times was worth it. I want to revisit again in the near future.
View on GoogleThe miso butter ramen was truly delicious. The dashi broth was delicious, and the chashu was melty while being refreshing. Gyoza was super crispy with amazing wings. Truly reeeeecommend.
View on GoogleThe soup reportedly uses Tanba chicken for its dashi, giving it an elegant taste. I ate beef tendon ramen and the beef tendon was also exquisite! There are extra noodle refills (kaedama), and a spicy chili miso? or something is placed on the table so you can also change flavors. It's the most delicious ramen shop around here.
View on Google・Salt Chashu Ramen ・Seasoned Egg Mayo Pork Bowl True to the shop's name, izakaya menus are abundant with ramen as the main menu, but you can eat delicious ramen that puts even ordinary ramen specialty shops to shame. The soup is a clear light seafood dashi broth, mellow and delicious. It's good for a finishing bowl after drinking, or I think it's a bowl satisfying enough eating ramen alone. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
