Super chill place with a really great atmosphere. Friendly owner, and friendly people inside. Everyone was happy to use Google Translate in order to visit with me as a foreigner. I'm looking forward to going back many times during my visit to Matsubara.

Really chill place, not in a city well known so they're always excited to meet foreigners as I discovered from experience here. Hope to come back again next time I come to Japan!

It used to be a cafe and junk food shop that also dealt in vintage clothing, but currently it operates basically as a BAR. (There are also cafe menus) Even though it's called a bar, because it has glass walls facing the street and the inside is fully visible, it's a shop that's very easy to enter even for first-timers. Compared to bars, it's relatively cheap, and there's no cover charge. There are quite a few dishes and snacks, and they are delicious. The customer service and chatting from the master and staff are fun, and the regulars who come are all friendly people, making it a good shop that makes you think I'll go again! Seems they sometimes do DJ events too. The inside of the shop is spacious, with a counter, table seats, and in the back private sofa seats with a very good atmosphere. Wouldn't it be good to use it on the way back from a date...
