I liked this shop and repeated visits several times, but with this time I am never going again. When I went this time, there was 1 table vacant, and other people were already eating. After ordering, it took nearly 30 minutes for the first dish of the initial order to arrive, and during that time food was continually brought to the neighboring table, making me wonder what order the kitchen was cooking food in, and since I was hungry I was annoyed at this point.. Also, between that first dish and the next menu item arriving, I checked the kitchen situation and urged them once, but they said it was crowded, and made me wait another 20 minutes or so. I loved the food and kept returning, but I thought this shop couldn't make food in an orderly fashion. A young person who seemed like a new part-time worker apologized many times, but the person who seemed to be the store manager in charge of the kitchen came to apologize at our table only once, and when leaving at the end, only the part-time-like kid apologized, while the manager-like person offered no apology. If they had explained at the time of ordering that it would take time because it's crowded, or told me an estimated time when I inquired, I wouldn't have felt this unpleasant. Also, if they had told me the reason why there was no apology or explanation, I might not have felt that I didn't want to visit again. Part-time kid aside, I couldn't feel sincerity from the person in charge. As much as I liked it, it's very regrettable, but I will not visit again.

I ordered the 3,850 yen basic course. Since it was a gathering to meet a friend after a long time, the conversation got lively and it's a pity I couldn't eat properly, but everything from the salad to the dessert was delicious. The tomato sauce on the pizza was also delicious, and I regret not eating the ajillo while it was hotter. It had a considerable volume so I thought next time I must go with an empty stomach. If I dare say, given these times, it would have made me even happier if every single plate came with serving tongs or chopsticks for sharing.
