As mentioned in other reviews, it was unfortunate that the rice had too much moisture... If anything, I prefer softer rice, so it was a tough call, but it was certainly hard to eat... Moreover, even when I entered the shop, I didn't hear any greetings like "Irasshaimase" (Welcome), and since it was my first time going and I'm indecisive, I agonized over the menu board at the counter for a while, and when I looked up after deciding, two women in the kitchen were waiting for orders, and one of them had an intimidating vibe? So depending on the person, it might be hard to become a repeat customer... The taste was neither good nor bad... It's not bad, but not delicious enough to make me want to come back... Added to that, I felt they were far too unwelcoming (even if taste is prioritized, customer service is also a factor, so I'd want a bit more friendliness, and in my opinion, the taste was only at a level of not being bad), so I don't think I'll use it frequently. Also, waiting for orders to be taken back in the kitchen rather than coming to the counter is another minus point in my book... You could call it efficient, but it's not that big, and when I went, I was the only customer, and they weren't swamped with accumulated orders or anything, so I'm not a big fan of that customer service style? Well, overall, whether I'll repeat is questionable, and if you ask if there's much volume for the price, not really... (meaning I don't find it attractive even considering societal conditions) Still, I'm sure there are fans out there, so they should just cherish them.

A long-standing bento shop. The bento made by the obachan is voluminous and delicious. When you order, you get a handmade ticket for 30 yen off usable next time. If you don't need rice, it's 120 yen off for just the side dishes.

The karaage was delicious, but the rice was soft and mushy 💦 The side dish of stewed beans and kelp? The kelp had turned completely mushy, making me wonder if it was even edible. (I was too scared to eat it) The potato salad also had a somewhat strange taste. I saw other reviews mentioning that things sometimes go bad, so I skipped it... It's voluminous and cheap, so it might only be good for people who want to gorge on cheap food regardless of taste or freshness 😅

The shop can't really be called new or clean, but the daily bento is seriously delicious. Since it changes every day, there might be hits and misses, but the day I bought it was mostly a hit. It's a flavor I like. There's no parking lot and it's along a national highway, so coming by car might be impossible.

I don't even want to give it 1 star. The potato salad is frequently spoiled. Honestly surprised they're still in business. At a level where getting a stomach ache wouldn't be surprising.
