Invited by a friend, I finally went to Aoiya, which I'd been curious about. What I had this time: - Omi Chicken Hakata Mizutaki - Omi Chicken Sashimi Assortment - Omi Chicken Thigh Skewer - Rare Grilled Omi Chicken Breast - Finishing ramen or zosui The mizutaki broth is chicken paitan and its richness is popular ((^^) This addictive taste made me keep drinking the soup and warmed my body right up on a cold winter night! The chicken meat had a chewy texture combined with outstanding umami. I could enjoy the original taste of the chicken! Even though it's low in fat, it's packed with umami whether it's sashimi or skewers, no matter the cooking method, it kept me eating and eating~!!! No matter what you eat, it's super delicious with a comforting taste (^^) These dishes are packed with the joy of "eating". The interior feels like a long-established izakaya, but the atmosphere is calm and cozy ♡ It feels homey like being at home! (lol) There were counter seats too, so it seems useful for solo drinking or dates. The staff are also cheerful, chat casually, and provide attentive service. A restaurant in Matsubara City where you can eat top-class natural fresh fish, meat dishes, and selective Omi chicken. Please be sure to drop by!

I visited Aoiya, a homey izakaya in Matsubara City, Osaka ~🍶 Above all, the recommendation is the variety of Japanese sake selected by the manager!! Many are purchased directly from breweries, and I hear many can only be drunk here in Osaka ✨ This time I chose 3 types that are easy for women to drink and compared them side by side ~🤭 Easy to drink, delicious, and tipsy 🩵🤤 Ordered seared bonito with salt that goes well with sake! Since they sear it after ordering, the bonito is slightly warm! Topped with plenty of condiments and yuzu salt sauce ✨ Fresh and super delicious 🤤 Next is 10 pieces of recommended sushi chosen by the manager who used to be a sushi chef 🍣 He selects fresh toppings recommended for that season! Very delicious, and the toppings are big so I was very satisfied! Entering the store, there are counter and tatami seating, and I thought large groups wouldn't work? It turns out on the 2nd floor there is a wide private room and banquet rooms, allowing large banquets of up to 60 people 🍺 Easy to drop by for large groups, families, or solo diners, so it's recommended for various situations 🌟 The owners are a wonderful couple, their conversation is interesting, and it was fun to talk about various things 🥰 Izakaya Aoiya, where you can enjoy a homey atmosphere, fresh seafood, local chicken, and local sake. Came by word of mouth. The food, price, master's personality, atmosphere, everything was 5-star comfortable shop. Only that there are too many menus to choose from (lol) Revisit 9/6 Still delicious as usual 😋

Since there are few shops around here boasting fresh fish, I found it and dropped by. I chose semi-private when booking, but was led to a regular tatami room. That said, it was quite narrow. As written in the reviews, the floor is indeed sticky. Is the master cooking alone? He occasionally spoke to the part-timer in a sharp tone, and there were several scenes where customers on the 1st floor fell silent lol Is it a restaurant common occurrence? I don't mind that much, but I'm curious why the seating turned out that way. The food is quite extensive, with yakitori, hot pots, raw dishes, etc., making it a good store! Despite everything said, I hope to go again if possible.

With a homey atmosphere, both the master and landlady are friendly and easy to talk to, and other customers felt like "Have I met you somewhere before?", allowing us to spend a fun time. I was initially hesitant about local chicken sashimi, but was surprised at how delicious it was when I tried it ‼️ Everything is delicious, and I want to try other dishes too ❣️
