Nice food, nice staff, warm environment!
View on GoogleVisited for dinner when going to see the JAPAN FIREWORKS EXPO 2026 scheduled to be held at Nishikinohama. Usually when I go after the fireworks show ends, it's full and I've never been able to get in, but since the fireworks were canceled on this day, I tried going early. Even so, I was told it was fully booked with reservations, but thanks to their kindness, I was able to get in for a little over an hour until the next reservation came. Appetizer was cabbage and edamame. First, I ordered a highball and the A set, which is a set of thigh, tenderloin, and seseri (neck meat). You can grill it yourself like yakiniku and eat it freshly grilled. It has a considerable volume, but since it's light, you can eat endless amounts. My favorite seseri had firm meat and was very delicious. Next, I ordered chicken kimchi, and the chicken was surprisingly seseri! The kimchi seasoning wasn't too spicy and just right, went well with drinks and was quite delicious. After that, I ordered garlic foil-yaki and mountain yam. The mountain yam with its crunchy texture is very delicious. In addition to the menu on the table, there was also a menu posted on the wall, so I ordered chicken skin gyoza and jidori no tataki, and switched my drink to cold sake. The tataki was seasoned with ponzu sauce. Both the chicken skin gyoza with its crispy exterior and the tataki where you can enjoy the savory exterior and raw texture and umami inside went great with the cold sake and were very delicious. All the staff were kind, and I was able to fully enjoy delicious freshly grilled chicken dishes in a lively restaurant interior.
View on GoogleIt's the yakiniku version of chicken. It's a style where you grill it yourself. Every cut of meat was delicious. The sauce loaded with lots of green onions was also the best. The staff were also good at responding, telling us their recommendations.
View on GoogleIt's a yakitori restaurant where you grill it yourself. Probably because it's reasonably priced, it's always booming. It's often fully booked even on weekdays. Besides grilled items, they also have single dishes, fried foods, and salads. If you make a reservation, they can also accommodate nabe (hot pot). The seseri is very delicious. There are counter seats, 2 table seats, and 3 tatami seating areas.
View on GoogleSince I was by myself, I sat at the counter. I had an image of a yakitori restaurant, but it's more like... a chicken-specialty yakiniku restaurant. With agedashi tofu as a palate cleanser, I ordered liver, heart, seseri, etc. My favorite liver... to be greedy, I wish it had been cut a little bigger. But because of that, the cooking through was good and the outside had a crispy texture, which was enjoyable in its own right. Since I put everything I ordered on the grill all at once, I thought to myself later that I did something wasteful by chowing down hastily thinking I had to eat quickly before it got tough. Next time, I want to enjoy it leisurely while adjusting the heat. Was she the proprietress? Thank you for seeing me off all the way to the end. I was able to eat lots of delicious food, drink a lot, and spend a fun night in Osaka 😊
