The master chef and the female serving staff chat smilingly with regular customers, but treated our table merely in a businesslike manner. Changing customer service depending on the person leaves a bad taste. Moreover, when we finished paying and left, there was not a single staff member in the restaurant and no farewell greeting of thank you. Yakiniku as dining out is by no means cheap. Since people go looking forward to it, I would like them to provide a bit more proper customer service.

Today, as an Osaka Toin University grand gathering special, along with Nakade from Nakade Farm who was a high school classmate and in the same class, Iwata from the Hanshin Tigers who was also in the same class, Mori from the rugby club, we are dropping by Yakiniku Ipuku in Kishiwada! The restaurant's atmosphere, the style of the grill, everything is retro and amazing! And above all, the dipping sauce is insanely delicious! You can eat an infinite amount of rice with this! Eating tongue with this dipping sauce is the absolute best! This sauce is seriously crazy... Might be my favorite ever. Add some garlic and you're already headed to heaven! The meat quality is top-notch, the rice is delicious, and the tail soup is the best! Even the ice cream at the end was truly touching! I've been to a fair share of yakiniku restaurants, and as a common rule, good yakiniku restaurants always have shockingly cute staff! It's a seriously crazy good sauce, so everyone should go check out Ipuku!

A delicious yakiniku restaurant. The rice is on the soft side 🍚, but it is extremely delicious. It suits me since I prefer the softer side. Might not suit people who like it firm though. The soup is also delicious.

Personally, my favorite yakiniku restaurant. The meat is fresh and of good quality, and despite that, the prices are reasonable. The chanpon (not noodles like Nagasaki chanpon, but more like a rice porridge style) that I order every time to finish the meal is an exquisite dish you can only taste here. There are no table seats, so I can't go while my kids are small, but once they grow a bit, I'll bring the family back.

There is a parking lot, but it only fits about 3 to 4 cars. I think going by bicycle, train, motorcycle, or car is good. Since there are only counter seats, the seating capacity isn't that large. Reservations recommended. Went at 6 PM without a reservation. Luckily, there weren't that many people on this day. Overall, the quality of the meat was high, and it was very delicious. The older guy who is the manager(?) was a typical independent shop owner, and his attitude wasn't particularly bad or scary. He was chatting with a local about children, so it has a local-tied vibe, but it wasn't like outsiders were treated harshly, which was nice. The kainomi flank cut (don't remember clearly) was especially delicious 👍 3 oolong teas, the meat in the photo, and 1 large rice came out to around 14,000 yen. I thought it was worth more than the price.
