Arrived at lunchtime on the weekend~. Yes. Located in a deserted property called Woody Town. Bosh! Hi~ Lunch operation is supposedly from 11:30, but with few staff during lunchtime, you're left waiting in the lobby despite opening at 11:30. Phone calls aren't accepted either due to overwork from being solo-operated, so is it only me who thinks "good fortune" lies in calling for phone reservations outside of lunchtime? Yes... The interior uses black-based wood with a smoked feel, warm lighting creates a good mood, and jazz plays in the background, making for a stylish concept. However, spending money on mood-creation when it's neither in the city nor in front of a station is wasteful... such a shop it becomes, master~♪ The inside of the shop is maze-like and dim, so you might get lost when returning to your seat after going to the restroom, meaning consideration to suppress lost-child risk is needed if people who have been drinking or children go to the restroom alone, yo! Hai-i. Seating has table seats and tatami (sunken kotatsu), so considering the burden when standing up, table seats might be recommended when visiting with someone lacking confidence in their legs and hips. Also, there are steps at joints in various places, so elderly people in particular would do well to mind their feet, desuwah. Yes. As for the atmosphere after seating, perhaps because it was a weekend lunch usage, there were few customers and it felt almost like a private booking. Lunches are basically centered around 980 yen including tax, with choices including the 1,500 yen including tax lunch if you splurge a bit for kamameshi rice. Kamameshi doesn't come with large rice portions, so for rice lovers like myself, it might be better to choose the 980 yen white rice lunch and tell them large rice when ordering to fill your stomach. Hi~ This time I ordered the "Chicken Nanban Zen" and "Skewer-grilled Zen," but since they use local chicken (Hakata chicken), the impression of the served food feels like a spec where a brand fee of 200 yen is added to a 750 yen lunch and set at 980 yen, so in terms of cost performance... ε(。•◊•。)з Piyopiyo♪ Yes. By the way, the tartar sauce inherent to chicken nanban can be slightly favored by telling them "extra" when ordering, a customer-centric conscientious response that earns a favorable impression and tears of chiccholina ♪ That's how it is. Hai-ii~ Settlement can naturally be done in cash, but credit card payment is also possible, making it a shop where poi-katsu (point-earning) users can utilize without waste ♪ (*..) Pekorincho Postscript... As of February 2026, since there are few lunch customers, it seems lunches are not being offered. Hi-i.
View on GoogleDespite being 2 hours before closing, I was asked, "Last order is in 1 hour, is that alright?" and the restaurant's atmosphere did not feel welcoming at all. Even while eating, despite having no plates to clear away, they came repeatedly to rush us and we couldn't relax. If the taste was delicious it might still be bearable, but prices, customer service, and taste were all disappointing across the board.
View on GoogleWent Sunday night, and the staff were lifeless or rather, had bad attitudes. That young female staff member wearing an Apple Watch with a black band gave off a bad vibe! The shop is also old and for being expensive, it's pretty ordinary, so I won't go again. Or rather, I should have checked the reviews and stopped myself. Also the shop is hot! In this hot season I want them to blast the AC. Well, I'm not going again though lol
View on GoogleHeard they started lunch so went right away. To conclude: it's the best. Normally I used it as a treat for dinner on occasional luxuries, and I liked it as one of my favorite shops because you could eat in semi-private rooms without worrying about surroundings, and enjoy high-level chicken dishes ranging from chicken sashimi and skewer-grills to fried items. What I ordered for lunch was the "Torihime Kamameshi Gozen" With great cost performance at 1,500 yen including tax as of 202/9/9, and a volume that satisfies even men, you can enjoy Torihime's proud chicken sashimi, fried items, and kamameshi. (Plus it comes with a drink) Retaining the wonderful atmosphere of the interior, I was able to enjoy a luxurious lunch. Note that kamameshi takes about 20 minutes to finish cooking though.
View on GoogleWent after a very long time combining a return celebration and New Year party (* 'ᵕ' )☆ Too many alcohol varieties to choose from (〃ω〃) Mango beer 😍 Drank it for the first time 😊 It was delicious 😋 Nagaimo (yam) potapota-yaki for the first time too 🥰 Toriten (tempura chicken) dashi broth was also delicious - 😋
