The broth was so delicious I drank it all first. I'd pay 100 or 200 yen if I could get extra! The noodles are slightly thin and slurpable and easy to eat. The shop is also clean and has a good vibe.
View on GoogleTeuchi Udon Fujiya" located in Haruki Asahi Shotakai, a shopping street extending southeast from in front of Nankai Haruki Station. A very stylish exterior is the landmark. Entering the shop, immediately at the entrance are 5 counter seats, and further inside are 6 horigotatsu tatami tables and 4 regular table seats. Besides udon, there is a rich variety of donburi bowls, making it very hard to decide what to order. Orders are placed independently by scanning a QR code. For those who don't know how to operate it, the staff will come and ask. After a while, the food was served. What I ordered was warm chicken tempura (toriten) udon. Soba could be chosen. I was surprised that the toriten came on a separate plate, but it's nice to be able to adjust the crispness of the tempura batter to your liking. One was dipped in broth to make it soft, and the other was enjoyed enjoying the crunch. The slightly thin udon noodles had a smooth throat feel and were easy to eat. The tempura was also piping hot and delicious. At night, there are udon suki hot pot and the like. Reservations for New Year's Eve soba towards the end of the year had also started. Please check the shop's Instagram.
View on GoogleCame here for the first time after remodeling. The interior has become very clean! It's a bit disappointing that the menu photos are gone, but as before, the karaage was super crispy and delicious! Yamakake soba was also delicious. The staff's polite customer service made it a pleasant stay. Payment methods also introduced AirPay, making electronic money payment a breeze. We ate at table seating, but there was some distance between the child and the table, making it a bit troublesome to eat. It used to be tatami but turned into horigotatsu, and I chose table seating so they wouldn't wander around and play, I thought later on that horigotatsu might have been better after all.
View on GoogleWent because I wanted to eat soba past noon. The shop seemed renovated, feeling more like a cafe than a soba shop. Ordering is from smartphones and the menu feels like an izakaya. Ordered tenzaru and chicken tempura bowl, waited for it to be ready and the thing I felt most awkward about was the BGM. No way Japanese HIPHOP in a soba shop... This might also depend on the person, but it didn't fit the shop at all... Well, in terms of taste, the soba isn't that delicious, but the tempura was very delicious.
View on GoogleOrdered udon set with 4 pieces of karaage. Hard to tell from the photo, but the karaage is very large, crispy, and delicious! Just if you bite into it with all your might, the crispiness and juice inside will burn your mouth! Lol Udon and broth were average. Next time I go, I'll order 2 pieces of karaage.
