They have a kimchi bar (kimchi, bean sprout namul, takana pickled mustard greens, pickled red ginger, etc.). There's also a kids' menu, making it easy to visit with family. Since they offer various types of ramen, you can enjoy flavors other than tonkotsu. Extra noodles (kaedama - Hakata thin noodles) are a bargain at just 10 yen for a limited time. This time I had the standard Fukuchian ramen, but personally, I like eating the miso ramen with added garlic. Thank you for the meal. Also, I wish the restroom was a bit cleaner...

This restaurant is known for its gyoza and ramen, but since I was meeting someone afterward, I skipped the gyoza and had the limited-time omelet fried rice (omu-chahan). Since it's not wrapped in egg, it looks closer to Tenshin chahan (crab meat omelet fried rice). The sauce on top is not ketchup-based, but more like a demi-glace; the acidity wasn't overpowering, making it easy to eat. The fried rice inside was also normally delicious. What was disappointing was the service from the staff. Ordering is done via a tablet on the table, which is common nowadays, but the set meal items weren't listed independently; they were buried inside individual menu items, making it confusing. There was also a physical menu on the table, which listed set meals like the omelet fried rice and ramen, but I couldn't find it on the tablet. When I asked a staff member, they bluntly said, "It's on the tablet," without actually showing me using the tablet, and in the end, I couldn't order it. It was Sunday afternoon and quite busy, but judging by how they handled other tables, the impression was unhelpful. There was someone else who couldn't find what they wanted to order and was asking how to use the tablet, so I really think the tablet menu should be improved to be easier to understand. I kind of want to try their ramen and gyoza too, but I'm on the fence about whether I'll come back. After all, there's the reliable Osho chain nearby.

20:26.04 Weekday 19:00 A ramen shop that has been around for 30 years. Visiting for the first time in 20 years. Half of the light bulbs on the exterior sign are burnt out, which almost makes you feel like it's a deliberate "Showa era vibe" effect, but this is supposed to be a chain restaurant after all. The interior also has a nostalgic feel. Somehow relaxing~ Free parking available. Kimchi bar is still going strong. They had kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, red pickled ginger, sweet pickled daikon radish, takana pickled mustard greens, and garlic. The kimchi has a slight kick with some sweetness, easy to eat and good. I like the sweet pickled daikon. I'll get some vegetables from the kimchi bar while waiting for the ramen. Ordering is done via tablet. For the noodles, you can choose the firmness. I ordered soft, and my companion ordered firm. The soft noodles stuck together and were a bit hard to eat. The noodles are thin. If you ask the staff, they provide hot tea for free, which is nice. Just like the ramen, they brought it piping hot. They were doing a limited-time, limited-quantity kaedama (extra noodles) for 10 yen. I had the Meat Soy Sauce Ramen for 860 yen. With a slightly rich broth, sliced pork, green onions, and noodles, it was a good balance. The broth being piping hot is a treat in itself. My companion had the Chashu Ramen for 1,180 yen. For the chashu, you can choose from pork belly, thigh, or a mix. My companion ordered the mix, compared them, and said, "Both are delicious! But I like the belly better!" Payment is cash or PayPay only. Prices feel a bit high, but given these times when vegetables are expensive, if you can replenish your veggies at the free kimchi bar, it's fair.

Located along Route 26 in Nishinouchi-cho, Kishiwada City Everyone's favorite Osaka Fukuchian Ramen Kishiwada Branch Dropped by for a visit 🤩 That comforting flavor, no matter what anyone says, this is the place I eat at the most 🥰 I'm sure quite a few people feel that way. What I ordered this time: ・Fukuchian Ramen Half-Chahan Set ・Gyoza This is the classic and strongest combo 😍 After ordering, I headed to the kimchi bar to choose my favorite condiments and got fully prepared. Enjoyed the served ramen while changing the flavor profile along the way! And currently, they are adding one extra piece of gyoza per serving 🥰 Plus, for a limited time, limited quantity, and weekdays only, the renewed Hakata thin noodles are just 10 yen! Too good of a deal. Menu varieties are also great value, and they have a kids' menu too. They have tatami seating areas, so many families were here eating with their kids on this day as well. They were also selling bargain fukubukuro (lucky bags), and the best value 7,000 yen one was already sold out. If you're interested, please go to the restaurant early and make a reservation. Aah, it's delicious after all. With my stomach and heart full, I left the shop. Thank you for the meal.

Famous for its free kimchi bar 😂 That ramen shop marked by a yellow tent 🥟 Spacious interior lined with tatami and table seating, you can dine in your preferred style 🤭 Since we have a small child, we relaxed in the tatami seating area 🍀 They have high chairs for kids and a kids' menu too, which makes it great to visit with children without hesitation 💓 Families, friends, coworkers, you can use it for all kinds of situations 👍🏻 The free kimchi bar is located right in the center of the shop, making it easy for anyone to go grab something ✨ Free, but high quality ❣️ Piquant bean sprout namul Just the right amount of spiciness and fragrant sesame oil aroma 👏🏻 Takana is also mildly spicy and goes great with both ramen and fried rice ~ 👏🏻 Pickled daikon radish has a sweetness mixed with acidity that keeps you going 😋 A nice palate cleanser 👏🏻 Chinese cabbage kimchi is not too spicy, and you end up eating it like a salad 👏🏻 What we ordered: Chashu Ramen half-chahan set and gyoza ❣️ And our second son got the kids' set 🤭 We had the chashu ramen with tonkotsu (pork bone) broth 😍 For the chashu, you can choose between fatty cuts and lean cuts 👀 Both are hard to pass up, so we asked for a mix 😂 The fat is plump and fully absorbs the flavor 💓 Crunchy bean sprouts provide a nice accent, and there are plenty of green onions ✨ Gyoza currently has a campaign adding one extra piece 😍 The skin is crispy in parts and chewy in others, making it very satisfying 👍🏻 The filling is packed tightly inside 😍 The kids' menu features chashu, bean sprouts, corn, and naruto fish cake on top, making it look vibrant 💯 Plus it comes with juice and a gachapon token 😂 He won a tin badge 😂 It has quite a bit of volume, so we ate until we were full 😍 Free parking with a decent number of spaces
