Used at night. This is a shop where you can eat old-fashioned Chinese soba, but the first thing that left an impression is the atmosphere of the shop. It is operated in the style of a mini truck food cart, and there is a unique air of tension that cannot be experienced elsewhere, and I was excited even before the ramen came. This time I ordered chashu men. The soup has a gentler mouthfeel than it looks, and although it is light, it has a solid umami, a taste that you end up wanting to drink until the end. The chashu is also moist and tender, and the amount is solid, giving a sense of satisfaction. The balance with bean sprouts and green onions is also good, giving the impression of a bowl that is not flashy but carefully made. For those looking for 'old-fashioned and properly delicious' ramen different from modern rich ramen, this will really hit the spot. A shop that makes you want to go again including the atmosphere.

Osaka Food Hopping |#OsakaGohan @ichiharajunichiro When entering a ramen shop, don't move inside the ramen shop. There was a mobile ramen cart. It's like having a car inside a house Anyway, this ramen is so damn good here Old-fashioned town Chinese in the residential area of Kishiwada. Currently a rare business style open only on Fridays and Saturdays, a shop you want to go to if the timing matches. This time, 2 bowls of chashu men. Simple soy-based, calm old-fashioned taste. Chashu is firmly included and filling. You can also customize it by adding a 50 yen boiled egg. Overall not flashy, but a royal road type you can eat with peace of mind. The impression from reviews is many 'nostalgic taste' and 'locally loved type'.

If you get hungry late at night You should go here Right by the Kishiwada Keirin Stadium Nanshuuken In the past The uncle who did Naki ramen with a kei-truck Stopped running outside And moved indoors along with the truck The shop now runs Only on weekend nights on Friday and Saturday The ramen here Thinking it's just the old night ramen anyway It was a pleasant miscalculation The taste is really delicious A little surprised Was night ramen This delicious? If you can eat this for 700 yen late at night It's a big win The routine here is While waiting for the ramen to be ready Eating boiled eggs while waiting Inadvertently forgot and waited blankly Next time I'll eat boiled eggs Ramen 700 yen Chashu men 800 yen Boiled egg 50 yen ▫️ Nanshuuken ────────── Address Osaka Prefecture Kishiwada City Isokamicho 1-8-6 Nearest station Nankai Haruki Station Phone Unpublished Business hours 19:00~2:00 or so Regular holiday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Sunday Now open only Friday and Saturday night *Business days irregular Sorry if not open ────────── ーーーーーーーーーーー If you are interested in this shop Please click save (人´∀`*)PLEASE ーーーーーーーーーーー *Business days/hours may change Advance confirmation recommended if possible

Had miso ramen. Slightly soft noodles and miso soup. Bean sprouts and chashu on top, feeling like miso ramen of an old-fashioned Chinese soba shop, and with the situation of a kei-truck kitchen in a tent, the deliciousness feels 30% increased. The chashu was delicious so I'd like to have chashu men next time.

Never knew there was a ramen shop in such a place, walking around on the way back, seeing a red lantern on the sidewalk, I was surprised by the familiar atmosphere. Probably what I saw was an apprentice's truck according to everyone's reviews, but I was excited for a ramen shop I wanted to try once, and since I didn't have cash, I went out of my way to withdraw and came back (lol) The inside of the shop was almost reserved-like, and I could have taken pictures of the inside very closely if I wanted to, but watching the master working hard made me feel it was unrefined so I stopped (not criticizing those taking pictures inside the shop, please understand). So if you are curious about the solid store interior, please go once. I ate chashu men and a boiled egg, and since I'm not the type who can stay long, I left quickly, but while I was there, Aki Yashiro's Hymne à l'amour was playing on the radio, combined with the stall atmosphere, I got a strange inexplicable feeling (it was a Ghibli world haha). The taste is, well... Once you eat this, you can't go to other ramen shops... Bitter laugh It's like that. Maybe because I like this kind of ramen, but after all there is nutrition that can only be obtained from this kind of ramen. I don't know if I can go next time, but please be well, put your health first, and do your best within your means. I'm rooting for you.
