Lunch at a long-established diner in Kishiwada open for over 40 years since its founding When I went in Everyone was eating bento? I had the same one. Daily service lunch ¥700 With miso soup is ¥100 up It's delicious so miso soup is recommended. Since it was Friday today, it was katsutoji! Cheap and delicious~ Now is Reiwa but the atmosphere is a Showa diner It seems to have been founded over 40 years ago. Takeout bento was too good a deal at one coin or ¥550. I'd like to go on a different day. I want such good old-fashioned shops to continue forever ✨
View on GoogleAn old-fashioned shop located behind Joshin. Can't be called clean, but that's what gives it a tasteful atmosphere. I visited at lunchtime, a 700 yen daily set meal, and 800 yen with miso soup. There is a parking lot that can hold 4 cars opposite the shop.
View on GoogleMiyuki Shokudo" located behind Joshin Kishiwada store in Sakusai-cho, Kishiwada city. Huh? A diner in a place like this? When I approached, drawn to the retro exterior, there were samples lined up that exuded an indescribable nostalgia. Irresistible for retro lovers. I visited with excitement. When you open the door, a loud "Irasshaimase" welcomes you from inside the kitchen. There are 2 large tables that can seat about 10 people, and 4 tables for 4 people. The menu is handwritten with plenty of love. Besides these menus, there were many menus such as udon, soba, and rice bowls. This time I asked for the daily service lunch. I am also hyped up by the kettle containing tea placed on the table. Today's menu was hamburger steak and fried egg. It comes in a box like a bento, not on a plate. You can pour the dressing yourself from the one on the shelf. You can add miso soup for an extra 100 yen. The main hamburger and other side dishes were of course very delicious. Takeout is possible and there is also a bento menu. This is also popular and there were many orders coming in by phone. The atmosphere of the shop is very good, and the conversation of the clerks checking work operations heard from the kitchen looks a lot of fun! It was a shop loved by locals.
View on GoogleStopped by for lunch. The moment I arrived at the shop, the atmosphere made me think "This is a super gritty diner!" Food sample menus are lined up, and the entrance is a sliding aluminum door. The inside of the shop is truly nostalgic but you can feel cleanliness. This time I ordered "Cutlet Curry Rice Bowl" and "Rolled Omelette (Dashimaki Tamago)", the rice bowl is a luxurious version with egg binding, dashimaki was light-flavored but delicious. Wholesale companies, TV stations, police stations are nearby, so phone orders never stop ringing. There is also a private parking lot near the shop. If you go with a wheelchair or stroller, it is better to inquire in advance. The staff felt kind and homey. [Example Menu] Fox Udon 450 yen Chinese Soba 600 yen Curry Udon 600 yen Cutlet Curry Rice Bowl 700 yen Donburi Set (Kinoko Don and Mini Udon) 750 yen A la carte/Side dish from 150 yen ※Service item from 110 yen Karaage set 900 yen Tonkatsu set 850 yen Service lunch (daily) 650 yen ※With miso soup 700 yen Takeout bento from 500 yen
View on GoogleI visited because I wanted to eat "Osaka udon" topped with softly sweet fried tofu skin. 2 pieces of dashimaki tamago, pickles, rice, and kitsune udon for a "Udon set meal" 700 yen. I had them put an egg in it to make tsukimi kitsune. I like chewy udon, but after all I like Osaka udon. I was satisfied drinking even the broth completely. Thank you for the meal 🍜🍚 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Visited after 1 year. The seasoned handwritten menu had changed to a laminated one (lol). Previously there was an udon set meal, but since it wasn't on the menu, When I asked "There used to be a kitsune set meal before...", they said there is an udon set meal, udon with fried tofu, wakame, and tenkasu, 2 pieces of dashimaki, and pickles for 700 yen. I had an egg dropped into it. Osaka udon is delicious after all! The broth is delicious. The fried tofu is also softly gentle in taste. It seemed like there was a banquet from around the evening so tables were being set up, looks like hot pot dishes. It will probably be next year again. It was delicious! I'll come again. Thank you for the meal 🍜
