View on GoogleI often use the Takatsuki branch, but this time I used this branch which is closest to my accommodation. Customer service, interior cleanliness, and taste were all good. I had the salt tsukemen and dote-don set. Since it was cash-only payment, please be careful for those who go.
View on GoogleThe aroma of salt rising from beyond the steam is refreshing, and gives a gentle impression from the first bite. Although the soup is transparent, it has a solid umami taste, and the chicken and seafood dashi blend in naturally. The saltiness has no corners, and the aftertaste is surprisingly mellow. The aromatic oil on the surface adds just the right richness, and as you continue to drink it, you feel a calm depth. Plenty of green onions are an accent, and the crisp aroma enhances the soup. The noodles are slightly thin and slightly curly, and the smooth swallowing sensation is light. Even if you continue to eat it, you don't feel heaviness, and you could eat it pleasantly until the end. Ramen like this, rather than eating heavily, seems just right when you want to adjust your mood or when you are a little tired. The interior is clean and bright, and you can see from the kitchen that the ramen is finished carefully, which is a good impression. The staff's greetings are just right, and I could eat a meal calmly. There are many families, but there is a quiet and peaceful air. Overall there are no gimmicky parts, it's simple but doesn't get tired. By the time you finish eating, you feel like your body is a little lighter, and you re-realize the goodness of salt ramen. It's not a day to seek flash or stimulation, but a bowl you want to eat in a calm daily life.
View on GoogleLet's save Tamago-chan!! w I tried to save 5, but I was stopped by my wife and it became only 2. As described, there were scratches, but for me it was a splendid Tamago-chan!! Is it a level where no one would complain even if it's served normally?
