Today I went for the first time for dinner at my wife's birthday party. Reserved the steak course by phone in advance. When I conveyed I wanted to use it for my wife's birthday, they told me they would decorate with chocolate saying Happy Birthday on the dessert, so I asked for it. On the day, my family finished eating all the course meals deliciously. Sea bream and salmon carpaccio. Salad and warm soup, and steak. The doneness was left to them, medium and just the right doneness. After that, mentaiko ochazuke, dessert. Everything was truly deliciously eaten. As everyone's comments say, I think the response of young staff still needs more experience, but I want them to keep trying hard without getting discouraged.
