Way too slow. It literally took an hour and a half. At first, when we were seated, we were told "it will take some time," but I didn't think we'd have to wait this long. Arrived at 14:00 and finally got it at 15:30. Even when chatting and waiting with 3 people, it gets to a point where waiting too long drains your energy. The fruit on the shaved ice was fresh and the ice melted in your mouth, which was delicious, but since we were cutting it super close to our next schedule, we had to eat it in a massive rush. I wouldn't expect a 1.5-hour wait... While the attitude and customer service level of the staff are high, rather than steadily guiding people in and packing the shop, if they have a backlog of over 10 groups waiting for items to be served, shouldn't two people concentrate on making shaved ice instead? I thought the turnover rate and efficiency were far too poor. If you wanted to eat this level of shaved ice in the city, it would cost double the price, so the price and taste were good, but even so, I wouldn't really want to go again. I can only go on weekdays. That kind of shop.

Went for lunch wanting to eat shaved ice, but was told that shaved ice is served after lunchtime ends. They said if you want to eat shaved ice, you can let them know at the beginning and they can accommodate it. After being seated for lunch, I was asked for my drink order, and with no guidance or menu provided, they began serving dishes one by one like a kaiseki course. It was delicious, but... 3,500 yen... what can I say, feels a bit expensive.
