It's been a dozen years since moving into the neighborhood, and I use it several times every month. As was in another person's post, there certainly was a time when the noriben was soggy with soy sauce (rather, is it less now?). Since my visiting time is special, I've never experienced waiting for a long time, and by the time I order, go shopping next door and return, I can pick it up right away. Customer service often encounters aunties on weekdays and is a normal feeling. Weekends often encounter students, and it varies from energetic kids to kids who look like they're not good at customer service. There are no major complaints, but occasionally the rice is clearly soggy and not delicious, and also the sauce included with the noribento after renewal changed to mayo-soy sauce, so my dissatisfaction is that since I dislike mayonnaise, I have to buy sauce separately for +20 yen.

It gets super crowded at noon and evening, so I want them to stock a lot of pre-made items so I can microwave them at home. That would be more convenient and good, though being a chain store, they probably can't do it.

Just before 12:00 PM on a Sunday, when I called and ordered 4 bento boxes, I was told it would take about 30 minutes, so I arrived 30 minutes later. However, I was made to wait over 30 more minutes at the storefront... and during that time without any explanation, it felt like "what was the point of calling in advance?" After that, they kept telling newly arriving customers "it takes about 30 minutes", and people were going home saying "If I have to wait 30 minutes, forget it." And even though a customer with a 12:30 reservation came to pick it up at 12:40, the clerk said "Please wait a moment"... unbelievably it wasn't ready (that person was waiting inside the shop past 1:00 PM). Meanwhile, a new line of customers continued at the register. Customers kept asking the clerk in anticipation "How much longer will it take?" In the end, I received mine more than an hour after ordering by phone... I waited 40 minutes inside the shop. Furthermore, the bento I received contained 4 pieces of karaage (side dish) that I hadn't ordered, so I returned them. Since the person who ordered at the register right before me at the storefront received their bento and went home first, my phone order definitely didn't go through, and their estimate of waiting time was completely wrong. Manager, if you don't think about things more, the customers and of course the people working are to be pitied.

I ordered the special tendon bowl around noon. Something like kakiage was undercooked. The shrimp was also translucent and felt raw. This is the second time. I want them to be careful.

It was the first time I was treated so coercively just for coming to buy a bento. It wasn't even at the level of being unfriendly, they were straight up angry. I felt like they weren't suited for the service industry. I think they should instruct on customer service. Because the taste is so delicious, it's an extreme waste.
