The sashimi, shellfish, and sushi are all delicious. You can clearly tell they handle good ingredients with care. The presentation is also beautiful, and you can sense the shop's dedication goes beyond just relying on ingredients. The raised tatami private rooms are also clean and suited for dinner gatherings.

There are sunken kotatsu tatami seating areas, so you can dine with peace of mind even with small children or as a family. The shop has a high-class feel yet is surprisingly reasonable, and above all, it's very delicious. At a time when town sushi shops are decreasing, this is a precious shop where you can eat authentic sushi. By the way, not once has anyone other than the head chef ever been behind the counter.

First time going, but the head chef was easygoing and conversation flowed. On that day, the raw torigai (bird shell) and horse mackerel were delicious. I think the sashimi assortment offers incredible value.

A delicious sushi restaurant we visit regularly ( 'ᵕ' ) Even if you go with a family (infants/toddlers), you can relax and feel comfortable 🎶 If you go early right after opening, the back tatami (sunken kotatsu seats) might be open, but making a reservation is definitely safer (ง •̀_•́)ง

Hana Sushi is closing today. Sad, even though it's a thriving business.
