Visited after seeing the value lunch menu Tendon Set Soba (¥1100 tax included) Set menus are a great deal starting from ¥700~ Set meals and set menus allow you to choose between udon or soba I chose soba this time Surprised by how piping hot the soba was The tendon sauce was on the lighter side Enjoyed it 😋 Thank you for the meal 🙏 The interior has a retro feel and is relaxing 😆 The staff were also kind Counter x4, 4-person table x3, 2-person table x1 🅿️ 3 spaces beside the shop

Stopped by for lunch today. Usually I have the mini set meal, but tried a regular set meal for the first time!! The soba had good firmness, and the katsudon... maybe the meat was a bit tough? I thought that a little bit, but the taste was delicious and the portion was enough to fill my stomach to the brim, enjoyed it thoroughly. Looks like the son? is working in the kitchen, and it made me happy to see this restaurant is still going strong. Thank you for the meal! 😋

An old-school soba shop. Was greeted by an old man right upon entering the shop. A middle-aged man in the kitchen and the old man as the server. Feels like a generational handover. I've never been to Aizu, but it's almost identical to what's called soba in Osaka. Felt a nostalgia like I'd eaten it somewhere before.

Visited for lunch. Kitsune udon and tamagodon for 880 yen! Cheap and delicious! But my friend's zaru soba was a bit disappointing 😂 Warm might be better 👍
