2025/12/13 I was going to just eat ramen, but seeing the menu changed my mind and I decided to drink from Saturday noon. I thought of various things like table seasonings for ramen could be used as snacks, but I didn't end up doing it. Among what I ordered, the seasoned egg tasted great with beer and was good. The ramen was beef bone ramen. As the restaurant recommended, the order was garlic chips first, then takana with kaedama (refill noodles). It was delicious.

I entered for lunch. There are 4 types of ramen, including red spicy. This time I got torijan and aged seabura soy sauce. Torijan is a little spicy, and even with the same torijan, the degree of spiciness was different, so those who are not good with it should choose something else. Aged seabura soy sauce has a slightly thick soy sauce, so it goes well with boiled eggs. It seems that kaedama is free if you have a student ID, although it is for a limited time.

This is a famous ramen restaurant known for its beef bone soup, "Makotoya". The soup has varieties like beef bone type, backfat soy sauce type, and chicken paitan? type. It is also possible to make it spicy, but a first visit is best enjoyed without spiciness. There are also various noodles such as heavy wheat type, egg noodles, and locabo noodles, but since there is compatibility with the soup, the combination normally served at the restaurant is best. Contrary to its appearance, it is refreshing so you can eat as much as you want. Conversely, if you are looking for heavy tonkotsu, you might find it lacking. This is a restaurant you want to enter after understanding that its selling point is "beef bone". I think there are personal preferences, but it's an everyday restaurant that is normally delicious and makes you want to visit occasionally if it's in your neighborhood.

A ramen restaurant opened where a convenience store used to be, so I went in to taste the flavor... Oh I see, it's beef bone, not tonkotsu. The feel of the soup is thicker than tonkotsu, and the taste is strong. It clings well to the noodles, and every slurping spreads the richness of the beef broth in my mouth, which was very delicious. Even if you order a kaedama, the soup is thick so it's good that the taste doesn't get diluted~ After eating, I drank a few sips of the soup, and my lips were shiny with oil as if I had applied lip balm w There are various toppings on the table, and you can enjoy ramen with various arrangements. Adding garlic chips and red ginger made it super yummy! Good because PayPay can be used for payment, offering convenience & a sense of value through cashback. The staff were also energetic and lively, so it seemed like a restaurant I would be using frequently.
