Ordered the Kawachinagano limited set, stone-baked ankake yakisoba and crystal-baked gyoza set. The ordered items came out at an amazing speed❗️❗️ (It's piping hot) The half stone-baked Chen mapo tofu is quite spicy 🥵 but lacks richness? The other dishes were to my liking ♡

Ordered the Saikan set meal 😗 and Ordered the stone-baked Chen mapo tofu set meal 😊 The mapo tofu stays piping hot all the way until the end... I'm not even a fan of spicy food, but this level of spiciness is just right so I can finish it all.. Time of visit around 14:00. Despite that, customers kept coming in endlessly... I thought to myself that good restaurants never have a break in customers.

I had their signature stone-baked Chen mapo tofu. Super hot, super spicy, super delicious 👍 It's spicy, but not just spicy—it has umami as well. It was a very delicious mapo tofu. Goes great with rice. The gyoza are small, but these were also delicious. If it were in my neighborhood, I would go there all the time.

For things like fried chicken, the batter wasn't excessively thick to the point of asking where the meat is. I thought it was delicious.
