Raw ham and another kind were served alongside, and since it was sliced right on the spot, it was moist, chewy, and flavorful. Appetizer (Ippin). Bonito? with a wasabi sauce. Fried garlic is placed on top. It's like a Western-style tataki (^-^) A wild vegetable called kogomi was served on top, making it a dish that lets you feel the season. Pasta I chose the bamboo shoot and sea bream oil pasta. Rapeseed blossoms (nanohana) were included, making this too a menu unique to spring. Bottarga (karasumi) was sprinkled on top. With exquisite saltiness, I could taste the wheat flavor of the pasta and the sweetness of the sea bream. The remaining oil was delicious, and I finished it all with the chewy focaccia. Drink Hot coffee. A type with a slight bitterness. Those who dislike it might prefer tea instead (*´ω｀*) Two cars can be parked in front of the restaurant. I will visit again 🌿

Used it for dinner. Wine is probably well chosen too. Focaccia is also homemade, not dry but chewy and fluffy. They are particular about using local ingredients, but they don't lean weirdly into Japanese style, keeping it orthodox. You can take pictures of the food if you want to, but it's not that kind of place, it's a proper ristorante.

Brought everyone for the workplace New Year's party. The course dishes that went well with wine were superb! The tempo at which the course dishes came out and the wine selection were both very good, making it perfect for anniversaries!!
