Tenshinhan with salt-based sauce, yakisoba is surprisingly sauce yakisoba with Chinese flavor. Maybe it's okay.

I have been a user in my 50s since the previous owner was still healthy. The shop is narrow with only about 14 seats at the counter, in the summer the AC is not very effective, a stuffy shop with oil stains that show its age (but it's not dirty, you know), a town Chinese shop that represents Kawachinagano. I have been visiting since I was aware, but it closed a few years ago due to the health problems of the current owner. Since then I rarely visited, but hearing that this shop has revived, I came to visit. Of course, what I ordered was the same as back then, 'Set B and Gyoza'. Although it has been a long time since it closed temporarily, the taste... did not change at all! Just like back then, like my memory. A level where memories of the distant past revive with tears. Of course, the judgment of deliciousness depends on the person, but I still like the Chinese food here the most in Japan. Chinese food that cannot be met elsewhere, only here. 'We will work hard even though we are old' said the landlady, I want to keep visiting so that it can last as long as possible. Thank you for the meal🙏

Aug 2nd, 2024 @ Lunch. Came before 2pm on Friday. A town Chinese shop with character from long ago. (Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Ordered fried rice, gyoza, fried chicken. The taste of the fried rice is light and easy to eat, the small gyoza has a vegetable texture and is delicious. Since there was no chicken tempura, I asked for boneless fried chicken. The chicken thigh was chewy and delicious.

A shop with an old-fashioned atmosphere with only about 14 seats at the counter. The veteran owner quietly makes food and his wife serves politely. The fried chicken is well-seasoned to the inside and delicious, so I ordered extra. Also, the stir-fry of set B was well-seasoned and good. I also ordered gyoza, yakisoba, and tanmen, all of which were delicious. I came on Sunday but customers kept coming and some were enjoying a la carte dishes while holding a beer.

A legendary town Chinese shop located in the arcade street in front of Kawachinagano Station, Choeiken, is open limitedly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 11:00 to 14:30. After a long time, I stopped by and had Set A and Gyoza. Set A is sweet and sour pork and omelet, the taste is gentle. There is a lot of pork, the volume of rice is amazing. The gyoza has thin skin and is small, but it is juicy with a high ratio of meat. ◼️Set A 900 yen ◼️Gyoza 300 yen
