It was delicious with toppings not found in chain stores. Fish were swimming in the aquarium inside the store. There are 3 kinds of tea and it's nice to be able to choose your favorite tea! The pickled ginger is a little sweet and has a good texture, so be careful not to overeat (lol). The seaweed salt is delicious, so please order tempura!

I had heard about Chojiro before, but visited for the first time when returning home. I was surprised to see a fish tank where horse mackerel and sea bream were swimming. I wanted to eat horse mackerel, but since the family I went with doesn't eat it, I ordered turban shell instead. One of the four pieces was served with the internal organs in the back fried as tempura, a meticulous touch. It was quite delicious.

I can only go for celebrations, but because it's expensive, it's different from ordinary sushi restaurants around here. Honestly, it's amazing that the quality hasn't changed in 10 years.

Even though I arrived at 7:30 PM, which is dinner time, I was able to get in smoothly without stress. I can't think of any sushi in Katano other than Chojiro, my image of sushi in Katano was Chojiro ꉂ🤣 As expected, the quality of the sushi was better than the price, and the seasonal blowfish sushi was especially exquisite! In addition, the fatty tuna was just as expected, the fat melted the moment it entered my mouth, it was amazing 😭 I had the hand-rolled mango cake for dessert, and the cream was firm and to my liking, making it a happy meal from start to dessert. It seems my next visit will be soon 🤭
