A ramen shop with a yellow signboard. Posts said the salt ramen was delicious. The person sitting next to me was also eating salt ramen, so I ordered the Shrimp Salt Ramen & Fried Rice. A soup with floating dried shrimp that has richness? and umami? It tangled well with the thin noodles and was delicious! The fried rice was also of the fluffy-separated type, which was great. Visited with family the next day. Full around 11:30 AM on a Sunday! Waited 5 minutes. Ordered tonkotsu, miso, and salt. The double-soup tonkotsu felt a bit light, but my father and second son said it was delicious. My wife had the salt. She said it was refined and delicious. I had the miso. Dark reddish-brown rich miso + sesame. A saltiness that pairs just right with white rice. It was more delicious than expected. I'll come again.

View on Google[Ramen Namikoshi Katano City] "Ramen Namikoshi" in Katano City is a locally rooted, highly accomplished ramen shop located right along the prefectural road near JR Tsuda Station. Their "Double Soup Tonkotsu," which melts together the umami of seafood and pork bone, strikes an exquisite balance between mellowness and sharpness. It is emulsified to the point where bubbles form around the edge of the soup, and the homemade thin noodles cling firmly to the soup with an outstanding throat-feel. The complimentary table kimchi is also a subtle yet welcome touch that whets the appetite. Another appealing point is their extensive menu lineup, allowing you to enjoy items like "Ultimate Shoyu (Soy Sauce)," "Particular Shio (Salt)," and limited-time abura soba. Equipped with a parking lot and closed on Tuesdays, it's very convenient to use. With a spacious interior featuring both counter and table seating, it's a restaurant that can satisfy both solo diners and families alike. If you are looking for ramen in Katano City, this is a renowned shop you'll want to put on your shortlist first. [Ramen Namikoshi Katano City] 2-68-35 Kuraji, Katano City, Osaka Prefecture 576-0051
View on GoogleA diverse menu including salt ramen and tonkotsu ramen alongside tsukemen!
View on GoogleEntered the shop after checking reviews. Salt ramen and tsukemen were both tempting, but I ordered the tonkotsu ramen + fullness set. The noodles for the tonkotsu ramen weren't thin noodles, but it was light and delicious. The fried rice had a good kick of salt and pepper, and the fried chicken was freshly fried and delicious. One disappointing thing was the restroom; it was spacious but hot inside, and although it was clean, I didn't instantly get a sense of cleanliness at first glance.
