I often use this for lunch. Whichever Ooki ni Shokudo I go to, the taste is consistently good. Ginger omelet Salt-grilled salmon I order this every time (^^) Today, I added goya chanpuru. It was full of tofu, so I got plenty of protein.

Lunch on the way home at "Katano Mukaida Shokudo". It's nice to be able to eat freshly made rolled omelet (dashimaki tamago), but if you're not careful when picking it up, you'll be surprised at the register. Whether they fell for the trap, the person in front of me returned it. (lol) I was laughing, but then I realized the price was unexpected too, and I was completely taken by the rolled omelet trick. The area around the register was cluttered and my miso soup got cold, but I decided to let it slide because of the cute girl's smiling face. Is this part of their strategy? Well, it was delicious, so I'll forgive them.

Visited at 6:30 PM, which could be considered peak time on a Sunday. Surprisingly, there were only 2 groups. Lucky. And, the stable fish, and the rolled omelet that they cook for you from now on is something to be grateful for. However, since I didn't order anything else, I waited for the eggs to be cooked with just rice and pork miso soup (tonjiru). In this case, it would be better to order the rice and pork miso soup when the eggs are done. Some people might eat rice with just the pork miso soup, but they are in the minority. Well, the happiness of eating rice with slightly cold pork miso soup, salt-grilled salmon, and rolled omelet remains the same.

This is a Maido Ookini Shokudo in Katano. There is a wide variety of menus, from healthy options to hearty ones. Their signature rolled omelet is handmade after you order. There are counter seats and table seats.

This is my second visit. The rice is delicious! The side dishes are also top-notch. I feel like I might end up overeating.
