I've known it existed for a while because of its quirky sign, but I visited for the first time today because I had work nearby. The outside sign said 'Popular Stamina Ramen B Set' and the interior wall said 'Specialty Stamina Ramen B Set', so I ordered accordingly. The stamina ramen has a generous mound of grated garlic and spicy seasoning on top of stir-fried vegetables like chives, bean sprouts, and cabbage. It's completely different from the stamina ramen at places like Tensta, but its unique flavor isn't too strong and it's delicious. Combined with the crispiness of the vegetables, I enjoyed every last drop of the soup. It has a parking lot so it's convenient, I'd like to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

The dad works hard running it all by himself. Since he's making everything alone, during busy times like lunch you have to go early or it will take a while. The stamina ramen has a soy sauce base with vegetables and a good punch of garlic; it's light yet packs a punch. If you go in a group, maybe because he's working alone, the soup tends to get a bit lukewarm. If you like piping hot food, you're better off going alone.

Katano City, Osaka Prefecture. 5 minutes walk from the station. A sign that always catches your eye from the road. Inside is an even more elaborate town-style Chinese restaurant. Famous stamina ramen and other noodle dishes, rice dishes, and a la carte dishes. Visited by two friends in the afternoon of January 2025. Outside the shop, there is an irregularly shaped parking lot with space for 3 cars of various sizes. ■Inside the shop■ There were about 3 customers ahead of us. Counter seats only. Ashtrays are everywhere, smoking is allowed. There is a television playing at medium volume. Between the kitchen and counter seats, bright red painted beams and pillars with gold decorations give it an authentic look. There are two staff members; the owner mostly works alone, with a woman occasionally helping out with cooking. The restroom is all the way in the back, old-style and quite cramped. The handwashing sink is at the entrance, so you have to walk over there. ■Order■ *Tax included ・Tenshin Chahan (800 yen) Served in about 10 minutes. The egg is well-cooked. Thick starchy sauce has a sweet and rich flavor finish. In the fried rice, the vegetables are finely chopped. There are about three shrimp, each about 2 centimeters in size. Because there is a lot of sauce, it swells up and is very filling. ・Gyoza 1 portion of 6 pieces (260 yen) Served in about 12 minutes. Miso sauce is recommended. They were pan-fried gyoza, but undercooked and still slightly cold, which was a bit sad. They could have taken their time cooking them. The taste is vegetable-centric with plenty of moisture. Seasoned with ginger. Reference (photos only) ・Famous Super Cheap Stamina Ramen B Set with Yakimeshi (Small) (1050 yen) Plenty of vegetables like bean sprouts, chives, and cabbage. It also seemed to contain garlic. Payment by cash. ■Other■ Ending on a bright note, the female staff member was very friendly, cheerfully chatting with the owner, on the phone, and with customers. As I left, about 4 customers arrived in a turnover. The portions are decent. I thought the taste might be a matter of personal preference. Thank you for the meal (*^^^*)

The signature stamina ramen has a milder flavor than its name suggests. Since the vegetables are stir-fried on the spot, it has a nice smoky aroma and the vegetables retain their crunch, making it pretty good. The Tenshin Chahan (Large) at 1,050 yen features firm, separate grains of fried rice coated in oil; eaten on its own, thorough chewing brings out the umami, but it's hard to mix with the Tenshin egg and sauce, and the flavor gets overpowered and swallowed up by the sauce. It's a waste as it simply ends up looking like "oily, hard rice Tenshin-han" 💧 Their Mapo ramen is quite delicious, and I keep coming back just for that. Also, I was surprised by how very beautiful the wife was 😂

Are they run by a married couple? I had my meal while feeling warmed by the interaction between the two of them.
