① Friendliness ② Taste ③ Atmosphere ③ Price ④ Number of dishes ⑤ Smoking allowed ⑥ Beer is Asahi 🍺 Perfect in every way!! I've been around drinking at various places, but I still haven't met a restaurant better than Hiitan 😁
View on Google・I entered around 5:30 PM on a holiday, but quite a few walk-in groups, including reservations, were turned away because reservations were fully booked, so if you are using as a group, it might be better to make a reservation in advance. ・What I ordered were "Ume Kurage", "Ina no Kuni", "Kokoro", "Kimo", "Negima", "Mi", "Tsukune", "Kawa", "Nankotsu", "Zuri", and "Chicken Bone Broth Rolled Omelet". Since they are charcoal-grilled after receiving the order, you wait a little bit, but I got through it with the appetizer, "Ume Kurage", and drinks in the meantime. Since I was at the counter, I could feel the heat of the charcoal, and some charcoal ash flew over, but the clerk wiped it away properly. ・"Ume Kurage": refreshed with the refreshingness of plum ・"Kokoro": still has a bouncy feel and is filling ・"Kimo": the original taste of the ingredients remains firmly ・"Negima": stable taste ・Sake "Ina no Kuni" (cold): a mild taste while a faint and mellow flavor spreads ・"Mi": stable taste ・"Tsukune": the presence of cut onions in large pieces ・"Kawa": a light taste with suppressed fat ・"Nankotsu": stable crunchy feel ・"Zuri": the taste of the ingredients remains ・"Chicken Bone Broth Rolled Omelet": fluffy and soft chicken bone broth flavor ・There is 1 table for 4, 8 L-shaped counter seats, and 3 kotatsu tatami seating areas for 6 people, so if you are up to 2 people it's the counter, and for 3 or more people it's the table or kotatsu tatami seating, but there are no partitions between the tatami rooms, so lively conversations fly back and forth and you can feel the energy. ・Credit cards, PayPay, au PAY, and Rakuten Pay could be used.
View on GoogleI came to Kashiwara City, Osaka for business. After finishing my business, it's yakitori. This is the restaurant Kunihiko Mitamura visited on Otona Tabi Aruki Tabi. Kimo, kawa, chicken wings, etc. I'm bad at yakitori, but the yakitori here is delicious. I had a lot, and for the finishing dish, chicken bone broth ramen. The broth is delicious. When my lighter ran out, a young staff member kindly lent me the restaurant's lighter. The attentiveness is also good.
View on GoogleGood taste, good people, good service ✨ Ah, I forgot to take a picture... I'll go again!
View on GoogleNot to mention the yakitori, the salt yakisoba was very delicious 🎵 Satsuma butter too ✨
