Good
View on Google「Ramen No. 140」 Kashiwara. Since there's not much chance to come here, this is my 2nd stop for food hopping. Tokushima Ramen. I've eaten in front of Sakai Nakamozu Furidai (Koudai)... Essential for checking the taste, I mean, It looked more delicious than anything else first (laughs). Marutoku with the ◯ and Toku mark had genuine Tokushima ramen and got a good evaluation. The genuine one is thick, and Marutoku contains seafood and has a mild soup. When I looked it up, there seem to be 3 types of Tokushima ramen: ① Tonkotsu Soy Sauce ② Tonkotsu and Chicken Broth (Seafood) ③ Light White Type. Well, Hiroya-san. Seems to hit right in the middle of the 3 types. Yellow-type soup / tonkotsu, chicken broth, and vegetables that aren't just thick, and a little seafood? The soup is extremely well-blended and ultra-fine, going smoothly into the stomach. Noodles: I forgot to say hard-boiled, but forgetting turned out to be just the right firmness. Chewy and smooth. This might be the best noodles at a ramen shop. I was asked by the old lady about a raw egg and ordered it, but put it in the rice that came with it. Pouring ramen soup over it from above is super delicious. They also have karaage and gyoza. Thank you for the authentic Tokushima ramen. Anyway, this is 1080 yen. Amazing that all payment apps work too.
View on GoogleI ate Tokushima ramen for the first time It was rich and very delicious I often go hiking in the nearby mountains, so I would like to stop by again when I do
View on Google・Ordered "Tokushima Ramen Meat Medium" and "Mini Fried Rice". It seems to be run by just the son in the kitchen and his mother. ・The meat is a strong soy sauce flavor marinated well so the flavor soaked in, the noodles are thin straight noodles, the soup is a firm flavor based on miso and soy sauce, and the "Mini Fried Rice" made me wonder why it was strangely savory, and then I felt the aroma of fish powder, so it's a fried rice with a slight peculiarity. ・A cozy interior with 10 L-shaped counter seats and two 4-person tables with calm color usage. Cash, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, and PayPay were available for payment.
View on GoogleThe interior of the restaurant has a clean feel, and the staff are homely and friendly. The ramen has a tonkotsu and soy sauce-based soup, and raw egg topping seems to be the standard. The fried rice had a strong flavor and the taste of the ingredients stood out well, and both the ramen and fried rice were delicious.
