Turn off the road onto a side path and walk about 3 minutes over rough footing, and the observation deck appears. It's a quiet spot, but there are no lights so it's dangerous at night, and there's no parking lot, so you'll have to park on the street.

After all the ups and downs, this view is the best!

Made it here after a steep mountain trail. I don't think you'll get lost. There are 2 benches.

You can see the whole Osaka Plain. To the south you can make out the Kii Channel, and to the east as far as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge with the naked eye. You can also see Abeno Harukas, but unfortunately the buildings in Kita Ward were mostly blocked by trees. A spot with a great view. From February to March, daffodils bloom all over, so it's nice for a light hike.

It's on the way to Mt. Takao, overlooks the Osaka Plain, and has a pretty good view.
