The location and facilities are very good. But you can only look down at the view through gaps in the trees, which was a shame.

It's called a viewpoint plaza, but it isn't maintained... I guess the view would normally be great.

There's a roof and tables so you can rest, but there's hardly any view.

It's along the road. There's a wide table. Head northeast from here and you'll reach the Mt. Takao trailhead.
