As for the taste of the meat, well, sorry, it wasn't delicious at all lol. With every chew, a gamey odor from the meat spread in my mouth to the point of making me chuckle. You wouldn't encounter meat like this even if you bought cheap meat at some neighborhood supermarket around here. I don't know if the meat we ate happened to be a miss or if it was meat that had gone way past aging, but I gained a life experience that even beef can get this gamey.
