"Blanche Takagi" is a confectionery shop combined with a coffee shop, supported by locals for about 50 years in Kashiwara City, Osaka Prefecture. Starting with our signature roll cake "Reviler", we offer a wide variety of original sweets such as seasonal cakes and baked goods using fresh seasonal fruits and changing with the seasons. Some of the baked goods and fresh sweets can be purchased online. <Reviler> Reviler is a unique roll cake with a meringue-based dough kneaded with chocolate on the outside, and plenty of fresh cream and strawberries stuffed inside. Developed by "Blanche Takagi" and made using a recipe that has remained unchanged for many years, we cherish the deliciousness that has always remained the same. Crispy and...

This shop has a spacious interior and is easy to enter. Since the cakes are delicious, I sometimes use it for a cafe, but since there are few pastry shops and large cafes in Kawachi-Kokubu, I have the impression that customers tend to concentrate on this shop. Lunch time is crowded, the interior is noisy, and the staff seems to be having a hard time, so I don't recommend it. The cash register is also crowded and I feel unsettled while waiting to pay. I think it's best to use it during tea time when customer traffic is relatively calm. As for customer service, I've never had a bad experience, but the impression varies quite a bit depending on the staff, so I can't say for sure. I think all the cakes are delicious. Personally, I love the mixed juice at this shop.

Hearing that it was a delicious shop, when I thought about going and checked... the reviews... but I mustered the courage to enter. ...Huh? It's just normal. If anything, the customer service was good... Anyway! I wanted you to go with peace of mind. Reviler ¥421 was delicious as it was the number 1 popular signature product. The surroundings were crispy, meringue maybe? The texture was good. Inside is fresh cream, sponge, and fruit. There's a lot in it so you don't get tired of it. Strawberry shortcake ¥464 is a triangle, maybe not made as a whole, and has fresh strawberries inside. The fresh cream tastes nostalgic. Sweetness is normal. It was a cake set (30 yen off if you choose a cake of ¥380 or more). Hot coffee ¥506, iced coffee ¥550. (Coffee and tea are half price from the 2nd cup) There were also meal items like omurice for eat-in! There was also a huge parfait that looked like it was in a flower vase w Parking lot: Resona Bank side 21, 22, 23 affiliated parking lot available Payment is available with PayPay, but it seems points? can only be obtained by cash payment.

Visited for the first time. From the impression received from the entrance of the shop, it spreads deeply inside, and it was a shop with more products than expected. Many cakes and baked goods are lined up, and there is the fun of looking and choosing. There is also a cafe space, so it's a good point that you can not only shop, but also relax inside the shop as it is. It seems that lunch can also be used, so it's easy to use not just for sweets purposes, but also when you want to eat a little. As a cafe attached to a confectionery shop, it gave the impression of having a wide range of uses. What was especially good is that the cafe space is spacious. There is also room in the distance between seats, and I could talk without worrying much about my surroundings. It seems suitable when you want to spend time calmly or when you want to talk slowly with someone. The fun of choosing cakes and baked goods, being able to have a cafe, and even usable for lunch. A shop with more depth than I thought, and I felt it would be useful if it were nearby. Of course, it is a shop easy to use for those who want to buy sweets, as well as those looking for a calm cafe space to spend time.

I don't know why the reviews are not so good. This is a really delicious cake shop, and lunch is also recommended! Well, how people feel about customer service may vary, but at least I've been going for about 10 years and have never felt uncomfortable once. At lunch, you can also eat cake after the meal, so I'm very full. Only that the number of seats is not many is a pity.

Post-dating expiration date of baked goods" As other people wrote, I experienced exactly this today (10/11). Since the chestnut baked confectionery had no date, when I asked a part-time girl, she said "It's 1 week". I had coffee and cake at the coffee shop corner next door, and received the baked goods at the time of payment. Returning home, when I opened the bag to check, the expiration date sticker that wasn't attached earlier was attached, and it said 10/9. Huh?! Today is the 11th... When I called the shop, a part-time girl answered and said a single word "Sorry". Does she think it's over with a sorry?! When having the person in charge take over (waited quite a long time), it was only "I think it was misapplied. I'll tell (the part-time worker)". This is the first time I've encountered such a shop. Is it just a misapplication, or did they take old ones from the back and put them in a bag...? As everyone wrote, a bad shop where the basics of customer service are not done. Since my house is far away, I couldn't go to return it, and I felt regretful. Will never use again 💢
